Wine Production
Growing Grapes
Our Vranec grape is grown on 100 hectare and the vine is produced just from our grape. This makes the wine geographical authentic and recognizable. Handpicked grape is immediately transported to the winery and the process of production starts immediately.
Harvesting
Wine grapes are crashed completely with the skins in order to get the right color for the red wine. The process of slow fermentation is starting in the inox containers in the winery and not during the process of transportation like in other wineries.
Fermentation
The slow fermentation last from 7-8 days, and then continues up to 14 or 21 days. Then the process of lactic acid fermentation starts and it lasts up to 1 month. Our Enologists are always involved in the process and control the temperature and other parameters.
Fining, Filtering and Bottling
Our wine has 3 types of filtration (row, fine and final) before we prepare the win for bottling. The whole process is done by high industrial equipment controlled by experienced and educated wine experts. We can fill in glass (0.75l), plastic bottles (1, 2, 3l) and we are also selling BULK WINE.
