Our family owned winery and vineyard is located in the North East region of North Macedonia, on a 550 m. above the sea level, on a 100 hectares, on a mid row between city of Kumanovo and Sveti Nikole, near the old archaeological founding and ancient city BylaZora.
The land of ZIK vineyards has a mixture of small plateaus, rolling hills, and valleys that has supported vine cultivation for thousands of years.
Typical blazing summer heat and an average of 2128 hours of sunlight per year (of a possible 4383) with an average of 5:49 hours of sunlight per day gives this spot on earth a great conditions for growing grape.
Winery in the middle of the vineyard
Our family- owned winery was founded for one simple reason- to bring world –class wines to the wine lover. The winery is big enough to produce approx. 2 000 000 l of wine in a a modern facility with equipment operated by the wine specialists.
The containers are all made in EU, and are INOX stainless still that gives the enologists clean and quality wine. As a part of our winery is a bottling facility where we are filling glass, and plastic bottles in various shape.
Our winery is also preparing bulk wine for our partners from Serbia, Croatia and Czech Republic.

Wine Production
Growing Grapes
Our Vranec grape is grown on 100 hectare and the vine is produced just from our grape. This makes the wine geographical authentic and recognizable. Handpicked grape is immediately transported to the winery and the process of production starts immediately.
Harvesting
Wine grapes are crashed completely with the skins in order to get the right color for the red wine. The process of slow fermentation is starting in the inox containers in the winery and not during the process of transportation like in other wineries.
Fermentation
The slow fermentation last from 7-8 days, and then continues up to 14 or 21 days. Then the process of lactic acid fermentation starts and it lasts up to 1 month. Our Enologists are always involved in the process and control the temperature and other parameters.
Fining, Filtering and Bottling
Our wine has 3 types of filtration (row, fine and final) before we prepare the win for bottling. The whole process is done by high industrial equipment controlled by experienced and educated wine experts. We can fill in glass (0.75l), plastic bottles (1, 2, 3l) and we are also selling BULK WINE.

Delivering grapes to the winery at the peak of ripeness, and crushing them within minutes of harvest, allows for the perfect preservation of each of our varietals with minimum intervention.

We ship over 2 million liters of wine each year and as bulk wine specialists, most of this is exported in 24,000 liter flexi tanks.
